주식회사 SportsENT(이하 '회사'이라 함)는 이용자들의 개인정보를 매우 중요시하며, 이용자가(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aivill.taekwonworld 이하 '태권월드(TaekwonW) - 태권도장 종합 관리') 의 서비스를 이용함과 동시에 온라인 상에서 회사에 제공한 개인정보가 보호 받을 수 있도록 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 이에 『정보통신망이용촉진및정보보호등에관한법률』 등 정보통신서비스 제공자가 준수하여야 할 관련법규상의 개인정보 보호 규정 및 정보통신부가 제정한 『개인정보취급방침』을 준수하고 있습니다.
회사는 개인정보취급방침을 통해 이용자들이 제공하는 개인정보가 어떠한 용도와 방식으로 이용되고 있으며 정보보호를 위해 어떠한 조치가 취해지고 있는지 알려드립니다.
회사의 개인정보취급방침은 정부의 법률 및 지침 변경이나 회사의 내부 방침 변경 등으로 인하여 수시로 변경될 수 있으며, 개인정보취급방침의 지속적인 개선을 위하여 필요한 절차를 정하고 있습니다.
태권월드(TaekwonW) - 태권도장 종합 관리 앱은 스마트폰을 기반으로 태권도장 관리에 필요한 모든 기능을 PC와 모바일로 통합 서비스하는 프로그램으로, 서비스 중 차량 운행, 위치 확인 과정에서 사용자의 위치정보를 수집하고 있습니다.
회사는 고객의 사생활을 현저하게 침해할 우려가 있는 민감한 개인정보(인종 및 민족, 사상 및 신조, 출신지 및 본적지, 정치적 성향 및 범죄기록, 건강상태 및 성생활 등)는 수집하지 않습니다. 다만, 서비스 제공을 위해 일부 민감정보를 필요최소한으로 수집, 처리할 필요가 있는 경우 관련 법령의 제한에 따라 고객의 동의 등 필요한 조치를 거쳐 개인정보를 수집, 처리할 수 있습니다.
1. 개인정보의 처리목적
회사는 개인정보를 다음의 목적을 위해 처리합니다. 처리한 개인정보는 다음의 목적 이외의 용도로는 사용되지 않으며 이용 목적이 변경될 시에는 사전동의를 구할 예정입니다.

개인정보 보호법 제32조에 따라 등록하는 개인정보파일의 처리 목적은 다음과 같습니다.

- 이름, 성별, 나이, 메일주소, 연락처(휴대전화)를 수집하고 있습니다.
- 핸드폰의 저장된 파일, 핸드폰 카메라를 이용한 사진을 수집하고 있습니다.
- 모바일 태권월드(TaekwonW) - 태권도장 종합 관리 앱 기능 사용에 있어서 GPS 위치정보를 수집하고 있습니다.

- 온라인 기능을 이용하여 개인이 직접 입력, 기능사용, 온라인양식 제출 방법으로 수집하고 있습니다.
- 개인정보 보유장소/보유기간
- 자료는 주식회사 SportsENT에서 보관하며, 1년 보관 후 폐기합니다.
- 모바일 기능은 해당 기능을 사용하고 있는 개인 및 회사에서 보관하며, 각기 개인 및 회사 정책에 따라 보관 후 폐기합니다.
- 차량 운행 서비스를 위한 위치정보
- 태권월드(TaekwonW) - 태권도장 종합 관리 앱 차량 운행 서비스를 위한 정보(위치 정보는 관리자가 지정한 사용자 이외에는 일체 노출되지 않습니다.)
- 자동으로 수집되는 정보의 거부를 위해서는 해당 권한 요청(최초 실행)시 위치정보 제공거부를 하면 수집되지 않습니다.
- 위치정보 관리방안
- 주식회사 SportENT는 회원의 개인정보를 취급함에 있어 개인정보가 분실ㆍ도난ㆍ누출ㆍ변조ㆍ훼손되지 않도록 아래와 같은 기술적ㆍ관리적 대책을 강구하고 있습니다.
- 허용되지 않은 IP에 대해 접근 권한을 두어 회사의 내부 네트워크가 아닌 경우 개인정보가 담겨있는 서버로 접근이 불가능하게 되어 있습니다. 또한 허용되지 않은 포트에 대한 접근 금지 등 시스템 보안에 최선을 다하고 있습니다.
- 로그인시 암호알고리즘을 이용하여 네트워크 상의 개인정보를 안전하게 전송할 수 있는 보안장치(SSL)을 채택하고 있습니다.
- 위치정보를 포함한 모든 개인정보는 암호화 처리되어 송수신 됩니다.
3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
주식회사 SportENT는 원칙적으로 이용자의 개인정보를 제1조 (개인정보의 처리 목적)에서 명시한 범위 내에서 처리하며, 이용자의 사전 동의 없이는 본래의 범위를 초과하여 처리하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
4. 개인정보처리 위탁
주식회사 SportENT는 원칙적으로 이용자의 동의 없이 해당 개인정보의 처리를 타인에게 위탁하지 않습니다.
5. 정보주체의 권리, 의무 및 그 행사방법

- 제1항에 따른 권리 행사는 주식회사 SportENT('https://www.taekwonworld.net')대해 개인정보 보호법 시행규칙 별지 제8호 서식에 따라 서면, 전자우편, 모사전송(FAX) 등을 통하여 하실 수 있으며 이에 대해 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.
- 정보주체가 개인정보의 오류 등에 대한 정정 또는 삭제를 요구한 경우에는 정정 또는 삭제를 완료할 때까지 당해 개인정보를 이용하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
- 제1항에 따른 권리 행사는 정보주체의 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 자 등 대리인을 통하여 하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 개인정보 보호법 시행규칙 별지 제11호 서식에 따른 위임장을 제출하셔야 합니다.
6. 개인정보의 파기
주식회사 SportENT는 원칙적으로 개인정보 처리목적이 달성된 경우에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 파기의 절차, 기한 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.
- 파기절차
이용자가 입력한 정보는 목적 달성 후 별도의 DB에 옮겨져(종이의 경우 별도의 서류) 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 따라 일정기간 저장된 후 혹은 즉시 파기됩니다. 이 때, DB로 옮겨진 개인정보는 법률에 의한 경우가 아니고서는 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다. - 파기기한
이용자의 개인정보는 개인정보의 보유기간이 경과된 경우에는 보유기간의 종료일로부터 5일 이내에, 개인정보의 처리 목적 달성, 해당 서비스의 폐지, 사업의 종료 등 그 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 개인정보의 처리가 불필요한 것으로 인정되는 날로부터 5일 이내에 그 개인정보를 파기합니다. - 파기방법
전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용합니다. 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각을 통하여 파기합니다.
7. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
주식회사 SportENT는 「개인정보보호법」 제29조에 따라 다음과 같이 안전성 확보에 필요한 기술적/관리적 및 물리적 조치를 하고 있습니다.

개인정보를 취급하는 직원을 지정하고 담당자에 한정시켜 최소화 하여 개인정보를 관리하는 대책을 시행하고 있습니다. - 정기적인 자체 감사 실시

주식회사 SportENT는 해킹이나 컴퓨터 바이러스 등에 의한 개인정보 유출 및 훼손을 막기 위하여 보안프로그램을 설치하고 주기적인 갱신•점검을 하며 외부로부터 접근이 통제된 구역에 시스템을 설치하고 기술적/물리적으로 감시 및 차단하고 있습니다. - 개인정보에 대한 접근 제한
개인정보를 처리하는 데이터베이스시스템에 대한 접근권한의 부여,변경,말소를 통하여 개인정보에 대한 접근통제를 위하여 필요한 조치를 하고 있으며 침입차단시스템을 이용하여 외부로부터의 무단 접근을 통제하고 있습니다. - 비인가자에 대한 출입 통제
개인정보를 보관하고 있는 물리적 보관 장소를 별도로 두고 이에 대해 출입통제 절차를 수립, 운영하고 있습니다.

9. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경

SportsENT (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') attaches great importance to the personal information of its users and does its best to ensure that the personal information provided to the Company online is protected while using the services of (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aivill.taekwonworld hereinafter referred to as 'TaekwonW'). Accordingly, the Company complies with the personal information protection regulations in the relevant laws and regulations that information and communication service providers must comply with, such as the 「Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection」, and the 「Privacy Policy」 established by the Ministry of Information and Communication.
Through the Privacy Policy, the Company informs users of the purpose and manner in which the personal information provided by users is used and what measures are being taken to protect the information.
The Company's privacy policy may be changed from time to time due to changes in government laws and guidelines or changes in the Company's internal policies, and the Company establishes necessary procedures for continuous improvement of the privacy policy.
TaekwonW app is a program that integrates all functions necessary for the management of taekwondo schools with PCs and mobiles based on smartphones, and collects user's location information in the process of vehicle operation and location verification during the service.
The Company does not collect sensitive personal information (such as race and ethnicity, ideas and beliefs, origin and place of residence, political affiliation and criminal records, health status and sexual life) that may significantly infringe on the privacy of customers. However, if it is necessary to collect and process some sensitive information to the minimum extent necessary to provide services, the Company may collect and process personal information through necessary measures such as customer consent in accordance with the restrictions of relevant laws and regulations.
1. Purpose of processing personal information
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the following purposes, and prior consent will be obtained if the purpose of use is changed.
Provision of services
We process personal information for the purpose of providing services and content.
Utilization for marketing and advertising
Personal information is processed for the purpose of developing new services (products) and providing customized services, identifying access frequency, or statistics on members' use of services.
2. Personal information collection items, collection method, retention place/retention period, and location information management plan
The purpose of processing personal information files registered under Article 32 of the Personal Information Protection Act is as follows.

We collect name, gender, age, e-mail address, and contact information (cell phone).
We collect saved files on cell phones and photos using cell phone cameras.
GPS location information is collected when using the Mobile TaekwonW App function.
How we collect personal information
Personal information is collected through direct input, use of functions, and submission of online forms using online functions.
Personal information retention place/retention period
The data is stored by SportsENT, Inc. and discarded after 1 year of storage.
Mobile functions are stored by the individual and company using the function, and are stored and disposed of in accordance with their respective personal and company policies.

TaekwonW App Location information for vehicle operation service (Location information is not exposed to any users other than those designated by the administrator.
To reject information that is automatically collected, you can refuse to provide location information when requesting the corresponding permission (first execution), and it will not be collected.
Location Information Management Plan
SportENT takes the following technical and administrative measures to prevent personal information from being lost, stolen, leaked, altered, or damaged when handling members' personal information.
Access to the server containing personal information is not possible if it is not the company's internal network by granting access to unauthorized IPs. We are also doing our best to secure the system, such as prohibiting access to unauthorized ports.
When logging in, we adopt a security device (SSL) that can safely transmit personal information on the network using a password algorithm.
All personal information, including location information, is transmitted and received encrypted.
3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
In principle, SportENT processes users' personal information within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information) and does not process or provide it to a third party beyond the original scope without the prior consent of the user.
4. Consignment of personal information processing
In principle, SportENT does not entrust the processing of personal information to others without the user's consent.
5. Rights and obligations of the information subject and how to exercise them
The information subject may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection against SportENT ('https://www.taekwonworld.net') at any time.

The exercise of the rights under Paragraph 1 may be made to SportENT ('https://www.taekwonworld.net') in writing, e-mail, or facsimile transmission (FAX) in accordance with the form of Appendix No. 8 to the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act, and we will take action without delay.
If the information subject requests the correction or deletion of errors in personal information, the personal information shall not be used or provided until the correction or deletion is completed.
The exercise of the rights under Paragraph 1 may be made through an agent, such as the legal representative of the information subject or a person who has been delegated. In this case, a power of attorney in the form of Appendix No. 11 to the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.
6. Destruction of Personal Information
In principle, SportENT destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of processing personal information is achieved. The procedure, deadline, and method of destruction are as follows.
Destruction procedure
The information entered by the user is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (separate documents in the case of paper) and is stored for a certain period of time in accordance with internal policies and other related laws or immediately destroyed. In this case, the personal information transferred to the DB will not be used for any other purpose unless required by law.
Period of destruction
The user's personal information shall be destroyed within 5 days from the end of the retention period if the retention period of the personal information has elapsed, or within 5 days from the date when the personal information is recognized as unnecessary, such as the achievement of the purpose of processing the personal information, the abolition of the service, or the termination of the business.
Method of destruction
Information in the form of electronic files is destroyed using technical methods that do not allow the records to be reproduced. Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
7. Measures to ensure the safety of personal information
In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, SportENT takes technical/administrative and physical measures necessary to ensure safety as follows.
Minimization of employees handling personal information
We implement measures to manage personal information by designating and minimizing the number of employees who handle personal information.
Conducting regular self-audits
We conduct self-audits on a regular basis (semi-annually) to ensure stability in the handling of personal information.
Establishment and implementation of internal management plan
We establish and implement an internal management plan to ensure the safe handling of personal information.
Encryption of personal information
Only the user can know the user's personal information, and for important data, we use separate security functions such as encrypting files and transmission data or using a file lock function.
Technical measures against hacking, etc.
SportENT installs security programs, periodically updates and inspects them, installs systems in areas with controlled access from the outside, and monitors and blocks them technically and physically in order to prevent leakage and damage of personal information by hacking or computer viruses.
Restriction of access to personal information
We take necessary measures to control access to personal information by granting, changing, and canceling access rights to the database system that processes personal information, and control unauthorized access from the outside using an intrusion prevention system.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy shall be applied from the effective date, and if there are any additions, deletions, and corrections of changes in accordance with laws and policies, we will notify you through a notice 7 days before the implementation of the changes.

Personal information subjects may apply for dispute resolution or consultation to the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee or the Personal Information Infringement Reporting Center of the Korea Internet & Security Agency to receive relief due to personal information infringement.
